Welcome to Caius! The College is open 9am 4.30pm for prospective applicants and their accompanying guests to drop in. Entry to the College is via the Great Gate, on the corner of Trinity Street & King s Parade look for the flags! If you have booked a place at the University events, or a Colleges-only ticket please have your QR code to hand (on paper or mobile device) as we will scan this on arrival. Maps of key locations and facilities, including toilets, are included in this programme. If you require assistance at any time, please speak to a Student Ambassador (wearing blue t-shirts), a member of staff or the Porters. Refreshments Large Marquee, Gonville Court (Old Courts) Complimentary hot & cold refreshments will be available in the marquee throughout the day, including a sandwich lunch 12.30-13.30. Seating throughout the Old Courts and in the marquee. Harvey Court (West Road) Enjoy some @jacks_gelato ice cream during your visit to our first year accommodation on West Road. Available from 11.00, there is a limited supply of complimentary gelato for our open day visitors! 2

Priority is given to prospective students. If there is space remaining, accompanying guests are welcome to join. 11.00 13.00 Dining Hall & Senior Parlour please see pages 6 & 7 for details Drop In: Subject Q&A with Academics An opportunity to meet with College academics and ask questions about your chosen subject at Caius. This is a drop-in session, so please feel free to come and go as you wish throughout; there is no need to arrive at the start time. Explore Explore the College with the help of a student guide. Meet in the small marquee in Tree Court, where tours will run from throughout the day. Tours of the College (Old Courts) Current students will lead you on a tour of the College facilities around the beautiful Old Courts, including the Library and a student room. If you have questions for your tour guide, please do ask them. Students are also on hand throughout the day at the Student Union information stand. If you are short on time for your visit, and would like to view the accommodation at Old Courts, please ask at the Accommodation stand. Open rooms are also marked on the map on page 8. Guided Walks to Harvey Court Our excellent first year accommodation is located at Harvey Court on West Road, a short walk from Old Courts. This mini-campus, set in beautiful gardens, features en-suite rooms, a gym and spacious common room. A guided walk will take you there, via King s College (see map on page 9). If you prefer to make your own way to Harvey Court, you are very welcome to do so. Students will be on hand to show you the accommodation and facilities when you arrive. Harvey Court is opposite the University Library, and right next to the Sidgwick Site where the University Subject Information Stands are located for the Open Days. 5
