Transport between accommodation and school is included for all students following the Homestay Junior Programme. Students aged 14 and under will have door--door pick up. Students aged 15-17 will be provided with a bus pass. All our stays are DBS checked and inspected regularly. Students will have a comfortable, clean room with one load of laundry included per week. Lunches are provided from Monday Friday at the ETC café. What s included? Choose your Programme: Residence Junior Residences Junior students choosing the residence package will be placed in one of our residences, depending on availability. With CCTV and staff available on-site 24/7, students are safe and secure in our residential accommodation. Students are escorted and from school by a member of ETC staff. All rooms are offered as shared rooms with up 3 other people. 7 x Evening Activities 4 x Activities / Sports 1 x Half Day Excursion 1 x Full Day Excursion (optional) All rooms are shared with 1, 2 or 3 other people and come with breakfast and dinner. Homestay Fees: 16 & 17 year olds For students aged 16-17 following an adult programme ETC can arrange stay accommodation for you if you would like stay with a local family. Many students who come study at ETC choose this option, because living with an English family is a good way practise your spoken English outside the school. You will have a comfortable, clean room with a desk study at. Accommodation is half-board during the week (bed, breakfast and evening meal) and full-board at weekends (bed, breakfast, lunch and evening meal). Homestay Accommodation Homestays have a minimum booking of 2 weeks Students aged 16 & 17 Low Season (3rd September 2017-2nd June 2018) 16 & 17 year olds must follow the junior prices for accommodation. During the high season a single room for 16-17 year olds is higher due demand and the extra care our young adults require. Parents take full responsibility for their children outside lesson times and agree supervise their children whenever on ETC premises. By booking the family programme, parents understand that students aged 18+ will also be on-site. Tuition Only Available 3 rd June - 2 nd September 2018 and upon request Parental Responsibilities: The ETC Family programme is designed for parents and their children when the children are aged between 8-11. In order participate in the programme, all parents must deliver their children class and collect them after class has finished. ETC only takes responsibility for children aged 8-11 during lesson time. Parents understand the need be with their children at all times. In order be accepted on the Family Programme, parents must also take English classes which are arranged on the same timetable as their children. Accommodation: Parents and children wishing take the Family Programme must book their own accommodation. ETC is able recommend a number of accommodation providers in the area but accommodation bookings must be made directly with the provider, not via ETC. Families taking part in the Family Programme must source their accommodation privately. 15 hours of English tuition in adult classes for the parents. 15 hours of English tuition in classes for children aged 8-11. (Children s classes will be allocated according age). 100 enrolment fee applies per person. All accommodation is available either Cancellation Policy Parents - 180 per week Children - 250 per week or If the student cancels with less than 1 week s notice, a 100 fee and 1 week s accommodation is payable. In order comply with the 1 week cancellation policy, we must receive full payment and confirmation of your visa at least 1 week before your arrival. Parents must travel and study with their children.
