the outfield: external relations CASA Lobby Conference Fab, Matt Reid (External Affairs Commissioner) and I attended this conference in Ottawa We met with MPs, Senators, bureaucrats about CASA s lobby priorities including: Dedicated Education Transfer & Pan- Canadian Accord on PSE Expansion of the Canada Access Grant Renewal of the Canadian Millennium Scholarship Foundation Me (and CASA members from the University of Calgary and SAIT) - being very busy and important outside of the Prime Minister s office before a meeting with him.
the outfield: external relations London North Centre By-Election This is a very important by-election - the results of which will make a significant difference in Parliament. All the campus political clubs have been very active in this campaign. Also, while the LDs from the conference aren t all formally my commissioners, I really can t stress how amazing each and every one of them was during the conference. Thank you!
