Upload Documents Have you ever been disciplined by a student or faculty judicial board for misconduct while attending any institution? If yes, please upload the explanation by clicking "add" to upload the disciplinary explanation and select, "Scholarship - Disciplinary Explanation" document type from the list. The following items must be attached to the application to qualify to be reviewed by the scholarship committee: 1. Letters of recommendation from your choice of high school teachers, administrators, counselors, employers, or individuals with significant knowledge of your experience and involvement. A minimum of two (2) Letters of Recommendation is preferred. 2. An unofficial and recent high school and/or college/university transcript with cumulative grade point average and a class standing/rank. 3. A copy of your WNMU Business Office statement showing your current semester classes and charges. 4. Cover letter. Cover letters are used to introduce yourself to the scholarship donors. 5. Personal Essay. The personal essay is your chance to write about yourself in the first person to help the evaluator understand who you are and why you deserve the scholarship. Attach your Personal Essay to this application by clicking, "Add" and selecting "SCH - Personal Essay" document type from the list. Your essay should include the following information: o Your educational goals, o Your timeline for completing your degree, and o Any special circumstances that demonstrate your need for scholarship assistance. 6. Upload a copy of your SAT or ACT scores. 7. Reminder: If you need to attach a disciplinary explanation, do so at this point (Select, "SCH - Disciplinary Explanation" document type from the list). Have these documents ready to upload to your application. For each document, you will click "Add" to upload the required documents. Select the appropriate document type for each uploaded document. For this scholarship application, the document types you need to select are labeled, "SCH - Personal Essay" or "SCH - Cover Letter". Do not mail, email or hand deliver documents.
