1. INTRODUCTION The Dissemination Plan (DP) provides the framework (dissemination strategy) for dissemination activities to be carried out within the project National Teams of Experts 2012 2013 implemented by SAAIC National Agency of the Lifelong Learning Programme, Slovakia, with the financial support of the European Commission, from 1. 4. 2012 to 31. 3. 2014. The DP covers these issues: - Aims of dissemination activities to be carried out; - Target groups of dissemination; - Dissemination forms and tools used within the project implementation; - Visual identity on LLP support on the project documents and results; - Dissemination action plan containing description of concrete dissemination activities; - Responsibility for carrying dissemination. The DP follows the project aims and objectives set up in the application and approved by the European Commission. The main project aims are: Communication and information on to relevant stakeholders and wider public. Work with different target groups to awake awareness on, expected added value for VET system, its impact on their field of interests related to VET and the potential of their active involvement in the implementation processes; Establishing and training of groups of who will be involved in creating condition for implementation in Slovakia; delivery of tailored training to respective groups; Revision of the feasibility study for implementation in Slovakia (including a survey on obstacles to implementation of in VET system and possible threats to formal system) in order to re-assess its recommendations to policy makers and to discuss limits and priorities of further progress in more detail; Assess pre-requisites of further progress (relevant Copenhagen tools and instruments) and in particular the shift to learning outcomes approach in VET. - Identify necessary pre-conditions and to suggest measures for implementation consisting of political and institutional conditions, and - technical conditions. Development of the methodology for implementation of the learning outcomes approach in VET system. 3

2. AIMS OF DISSEMINATION The aims of the dissemination activities that will be carried out within the project are as follows: To create information channels that are necessary for the success of the ; To communicate and inform relevant stakeholders and wider public on principles and its added value for VET system; To awake awareness on of different target groups; To inform all stakeholders and wider public of the project goals, the Slovak Team members, project activities and project results, products and outcomes; To involve target groups and beneficiaries in the project activities, for example: a) To inform and motivate the potential applicants of the LLP VET mobility as well as TOI to use principles and topics in their ; b) To train the evaluators of the LLP VET applications on actual issues; To enhance impact of the project results and outcomes; To ensure sustainability of the project results and outcomes also after project finishing. 3. TARGET GROUPS OF DISSEMINATION Dissemination activities will be targeted at these target groups that are defined in the application and approved by the European Commission: Experts directly involved in VET with the potential to creating and setting conditions for implementation; Administrators coordinating the implementation of the in Slovakia ( National Coordination Point); Stakeholders with executive power whose role will be to support the process of implementation (mainly decision makers in the sectors of education and labour); Social partners, predominantly employers representatives from relevant sectors of the national economy (electrotechnics, automotive industry, chemistry); Final users who can benefit from the credit system in VET, and will be involved in training and dissemination activities (educational institutions providing mobility possibilities to their trainees or students, individuals involved in VET, people at labour market with low qualification, unemployed people that need new qualifications/re-training, employers looking for labour force with special qualifications; etc.); Groups of (will be involved in assessment process of applications for LDV mobility planning to implement elements of ). 4. DISSEMINATION ACTIVITIES (FORMS AND TOOLS) Dissemination activities will be based on these principles: They will be conducted during the whole project duration (from the begin to the end of the project and onwards); 4

All national expert team members will participate and support the dissemination activities; Information on the project, its activities as well as the project results will be disseminated to wide audience; They will be implemented at institutional, local, regional, national and international level; Varied dissemination ways and forms will be used, e.g.: a) project website; b) project leaflets and posters; c) regional seminars; d) national conferences; e) training the core team ; f) training the evaluators of LLP VET mobility ; g) publishing documents on prepared at European and national level; h) electronic tools/discussion forum; i) contact database for dissemination purpose; j) database of issues; k) the leaflet containing basic information on Slovak LDV focused on transparency in VET or issues; l) face-to-face/e-mail/phone consultations. 5. VISUAL IDENTITY All documents, materials, products and results developed and disseminated within the project must bear visual identity (LLP logo and the obligatory sentence on the EC financial support) in accordance with the EC guides available on the websites: http://ec.europa.eu/dgs/education_culture/publ/graphics/identity_en.html http://ec.europa.eu/dgs/education_culture/publ/graphics/agencies/use. 6.
