MID-ATLANTIC SECTION midatlantic.ccca.org CCCA Mid-Atlantic Sectional Conference January 26-28, 2016 12 Cedars Avenue, Harvey Cedars, NJ 08008 609-494-5689 www.hcbible.org

The sea has always held huge attraction for people. Its beauty and power can either awe or overwhelm us, all at the same time. We shall SEE together what is required to be seaworthy. Together we ll examine Jesus' ministry by the Sea and explore these ideas: Overwhelming Waves What do we do when the storms of life seem overwhelming? Opportunistic Waves What do we do with the opportunities God presents during stretching times? Obedient Waves How are we doing at obeying? Join us for a time of encouragement, enrichment and spiritual refreshment. Jim Payne, President, Mid-Atlantic Section, CCCA

Speaker Bob Tissot Bob is CEO of Bair Lake Bible Camp. He has spent the majority of his adult life working with young people and families. From life as a teacher, coach and counselor to his current position as CEO of Bair Lake Bible Camp in Jones, Michigan, his life is filled with opportunities to minister into the lives of others. He enjoys reading, playing golf and a good conversation. Bob has traveled widely sharing the message of Purity & Holiness with high school, college, and parent groups. His background in education has assisted him in gaining an ear on this very crucial issue of today. He has been married to Nanci since 1983 and has four adult children, 2 sons via marriage and most recently a grandson! Above all else Bob desires to be a faithful servant of Jesus Christ. Worship On The Way On The Way is an outreach band of Cairn University students who travel the country leading worship and serving the Lord. OTW performs contemporary worship services designed to fit many styles and audiences, while intentionally pointing people towards Christ. On The Way has performed in churches, schools, youth groups, camps, theaters, conventions and stadiums. Host Harvey Cedars Bible Conference We warmly invite you to stay with us. Escape the cares of the everyday, while renewing your heart, body, and mind. In this unique seaside setting on Long Beach Island, the Lord has called us to minister to people of all ages and walks of life. However your heart is renewed, you can find it at Harvey Cedars Bible Conference. 12 Cedars Ave, Harvey Cedars, NJ 08008 (609) 494-5689 www.hcbible.org

Board Seminar Change is inevitable, but not always easy. Skillful change management requires wisdom, character, and courage. Leaders who understand the nature of change, what it requires, when it is needed, and why it matters can help their organizations be not only relevant, but more effective. Plus, Gregg Hunter will give an update on the state of Christian Camping and trends in our industry. Gregg Hunter, President Christian Camp & Conference Association In his role as president/ceo of CCCA, Gregg Hunter is responsible for the overall strategic direction of CCCA in its efforts to maximize ministry for its members. He is passionate about Christian camping because of the life-changing impact it had on his own life. At 17, he committed his life to Christ on his first trip to a Christian camp. Before joining CCCA, Gregg served as vice president of public affairs at Georgia Family Council, where he spearheaded all aspects of the nonprofit s communications and fundraising efforts. His diverse background in communications, marketing and development includes six years at The Boeing Company and five years at Young Life, where he was a member of the President s Cabinet as the organization s senior communications officer. Dr. Todd Williams, President Cairn University Prior to his appointment as President of Cairn University in 2008, Dr. Todd J. Williams served as Senior Vice President and Provost for the University. From 2001 until 2005 he served as Headmaster and CEO of Trinity Christian School of Fairfax, outside Washington D.C. where he successfully led that school in the development of a new campus. While in northern Virginia, Dr. Williams also served as visiting lecturer for the Witherspoon Fellowship in Washington D.C. From 1999-2001 he served as Vice President and Academic Dean for Undergraduate Education at Cairn where he began his educational career as a faculty member teaching social sciences in the School of Arts and Sciences. He holds a B.S. in Bible degree from Cairn University, a M.Ed. and a Ph.D. from Temple University in Philadelphia. Dr. Williams is an experienced educator, CEO, fundraiser, and organizational development consultant. He also serves as a visiting lecturer and speaker on cultural and professional issues.
