UBU99 Monitor information systems The aim of this unit is to develop your knowledge, understanding and skills to be able to monitor information systems. You will learn how the type of audience will affect the choice of format and language of the information system and how to validate the reliability of the reported information. You will also learn how to provide training and support to the users of the system and be able to solve any problems that may arise. UBU99_v1
