Professional development trainings conflicted with my work schedule. and I didn t have time because of personal reasons. are the top 2 reasons for both classified and faculty and both full-time and part-time staff. I didn t have time because of personal reasons. There was no suitable professional development offered. I was not interested in any of the professional development trainings. Other. I had learned enough in the past professional development trainings.
