KEY CHANGES All Year 10 students will be entered for the entire GCSE English Language qualification in November 2013, ie November of Year 11. Therefore: All Controlled s (including Speaking and Listening) in GCSE English Language must be completed by mid-october of Year 11. All students will sit the Unit 1 exam for the first time in November of Year 11. An opportunity to re-sit the Unit 1 exam and/or re-do Controlled s will be available in June of Year 11. With the exception of 10P-EN4, 10P-EN5 and 10H-EN5 all students will follow the dual course.
