PAyment options, FEE-HELP & VET FEE-HELP OUTLINE OF PAYMENT options FEE-HELP & VET FEE-HELP Domestic students that meet the requirements outlined in the FEE-HELP or VET FEE-HELP information booklet, may choose to defer their tuition fees through the Commonwealth Government FEE-HELP or VET FEE-HELP loan scheme. Fees are processed on the census date of each trimester, based on the HE unit or VET unit price. Students can apply for FEE-HELP or VET FEE-HELP assistance with their campus. The remainder of the total course fees are paid 30 days prior to the commencement of the 1st Trimester. Students paying the total course fee in advance will receive a 10% discount on the tuition fees. Trimester Instalments Domestic Unless through the FEE-HELP or VET FEE-HELP scheme, tuition fees are paid in instalments at the beginning of each Trimester, with the first payment due on the course commencement day.
