Designed for young professionals with a post-secondary degree, this fivemonth fast-paced and intense program is dedicated to teaching culinary arts excellence. With over 1,000 hours of instruction the program will help you to develop practical techniques and industry know-how. Admission To join our Master Class in Culinary Arts, you must have successfully completed a post-secondary program (Diploma, Associate degree, Bachelor degree, etc.) or equivalent relevant work experience. The EHL Master Class in Culinary Arts courses are taught in English. The program does not require but encourages at least 6 months of full-time work experience in the hospitality industry. Certifications After successfully completing the program you will receive the following certificates: EHL Master Class in Culinary Arts Certificate 3* Michelin Restaurant Certificate EHL HACCP & Food Safety for the Restaurant Industry Certificate Professional Certificate for internship students (6-month optional internship) Apply online Go to apply.ehl.edu and create your login.
