Praxis s CAEP 1.1 and 5.4 1 Principles of Learning and Teaching and Content Knowledge Exams The data reported in the following tables were downloaded from Educational Testing Service (ETS). Underneath each table is the test study companion which goes into item details of the assessment. For programs which require recognition from a Specialized Professional Association (SPA), these assessments are part of the recognition process. Principles of Learning and Teaching (PLT) data are found in Tables 1-3 for Early Childhood (PK- 3), Elementary (K-6), and Secondary Programs (7-12). The PLT provides a measure of the candidates understanding of the following InTASC categories: Learner and Learning, Instructional Practice, and Professional Responsibility. The ETS content exams provide an indicator for the Content Knowledge InTASC category. Data for content areas in the early grades programs are in Tables 4-6. Data for Humanities secondary programs are in tables 7-11. Data for Mathematics and Science programs are in Tables 12-15. Data are also included for Agriculture (Table 16) Health and Physical Education (Table 17), and Music (Table 18). Education Preparation Provider (EPP) scores are not released when there are fewer than ten candidates.
