CIPD: the gold standard for professional quality in L&D The Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) is the world s largest professional body for those involved in the management and development of people. It has over 140,000 members across 120 countries, and 12,000 professionals train with CIPD qualifications and certifications each year. Their qualifications are highly sought-after and often required by employers, as they set the standard for L&D professionals. They ll put you head and shoulders above the competition in any business s eyes, and fully prepare you to excel in an L&D role. We ve been a trusted CIPD-approved centre for over 27 years. Our CIPD pass rate is 95% Pass rate based on 17,406 submitted assignments and 16,550 passes between 16th January 2016 and 17th January 2017.

Why this course is right for you Our 100% online CIPD Level 3 Certificate in Learning and Development is the essential foundation you need to begin or advance in your Learning & Development career. It s shorter than the comprehensive Level 3 Diploma, so you ll get only essential L&D knowledge and complete the course in less time. You ll learn the principles, processes and strategies involved in the training cycle, and learn to plan, deliver and monitor L&D activities. You ll gain the specialist skills and knowledge you need to succeed in any entry-level L&D position - and all without giving up your job, family time or social life. Your study can be completely shaped to suit you. This course is perfect for you if: You want to gain essential L&D skills in less time than with the Level 3 Diploma You re just starting out in your L&D career, or are working in an L&D support role but don t have a formal qualification Entry Requirements You don t need any prior experience or qualifications to take this course, making it perfect if you re at the beginning of your L&D career. If English is your second language, you ll need an IELTS 6.5 or ESOL Level 2 (or equivalent). If you don t have this, we ll review your case on an individual basis. You want to become an Associate Member of the CIPD You want to progress to higher levels of CIPD study, such as the Level 5 Intermediate Diploma If you have any disabilities which you believe may impact your studies or assessments, please inform your Course Advisor before enrolment so that we can advise you on whether reasonable adjustments can be made to accommodate your needs. My course advisor went through my background, what I already knew about HR, where did I want to go, what kind of roles I wanted, how I could pay for it (interest free payments!) and what qualification would suit me best, specifically Diploma vs Certificate. I will also say that ICS Learn were the most competitive by a long shot. I signed up there and then and started my first module the same day!
