CASCADE 2018 Sponsored by the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine Center for Continuing Education in the Health Sciences, UPMC, and ITxM DIAGNOSTICS Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania MAY 4, 2018 Sheraton Station Square Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania

Note From Our Course Director Dear Colleagues, It is with great pleasure that we are holding our next CASCADE 2018: Advances In Hemostasis & Thrombosis Conference on Friday, May 4, 2018, at the Sheraton Station Square - the meeting that has become a regional favorite. Our annual conference continues to be a comprehensive one-day event, concentrating on the latest science, trends, and recommendations for the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of both thrombosis and hemostasis issues. By annually gathering physicians and health care professionals across multiple medical disciplines, our intent is to keep the attendees at the forefront of the latest information on both of these issues, so they may better serve and care for the patients they see in their practices. Our speakers and topics this year will again provide an abundance of the latest information, allowing for provocative questions, lively discussion, cutting edge research and scientific information. If you require any further detailed information or have any questions, please contact: Deb Small at 412-209-7320 or by e-mail at dsmall@itxm.org.
