NIHR/CNO Clinical Doctoral Research Personal Award for PhD research whilst still committed to developing clinical skills. Need both a good academic and a good clinical supervisor Full salary, training and development. Research costs at 100% NHS, 80% HEI. Base at an English NHS Trust or other healthcare organisation or University.
NIHR/CNO Clinical Lectureship Postdoctoral level award for academic research and clinical practice (50:50). Not a personal award- nominated by a partnership of NHS trust and HEI one is the host employer 50% of salary and max 30,000 towards research, training and development costs. 3 years FT (4 or 5 years PT). Panel selection no interview. Need to show commitment to return to/continue clinical practice. Need to have shown good research output from PhD, good research proposal and have minimum of 1 year clinical experience.

Unrealistic or failure to justify budget and requested resources 3. Time and checking: Give yourself enough time must meet the deadline Are all the questions answered, Clear language, grammar, spelling, do the references in text match the list
4. Collaborations, training and support: Must have the appropriate multidisciplinary involvement in the research team Must have a clear career vision, training plan and support
