It is a renowned B. Ed. College in West Bengal run and managed by Hope Educational and Welfare Trust. Its modern facilities,with Wi-Fi Zone, LMS, OPEC, Excellent Faculties, Well equipped Library and Laboratory make it different with other colleges. It has three well decorated buildings, two for B. Ed. Section and one for D. El. Ed. Section. It feathered in 2016 by offering D.EL.ED course recognized by NCTE and affiliated to WBBPE. Focal theme of the seminar Education is one of the significant instrumental factors on which the development of a country depends. It should be transformed to the needs of the time and changing scenario of the world. Teachers play an important role in any education system. Teacher is an artist who inbounds and shapes the Physical, Intellectual, emotional aspects of children. The level of achievement of learners is determined by a teacher competency. Teacher education is a program related with teacher proficiency and competence that is not only limited with books but has broadened in various new horizons. The paradigm shift in teacher education has revolutionized teaching learning process at all levels. In this age of globalization no country can live in isolation without seeking impact of global trends and a change in the field of teacher education it is the most important tool in national development. Proper utilization of human, physical and academic resources may help us to meet successfully the new challenges of the emerging society and the problem of teacher education in the new millennium. Selected papers will be published in a post-conference volume with ISBN/ISSN. There will be additional charges for publication if a manuscript is accepted by the Editorial Board. Each Participant can submit only one paper either as a single author or as a co-author. Accommodation: There will be no provision for accommodation of participants. There will be no provision for TA/DA for participants. Guidelines for Submission of Abstract and Full Paper Abstract: The abstract should not be more than 500 words including keywords. The abstract must contain the title, objectives, measures, methodologies, findings, implications and keywords. The author should send the abstract of the corresponding full paper with full name, address, email address, current designation and Institution of the participant. During Registration itself, only the intending Paper presenter (in case of co-authorship, the individual author who intends to present the paper) needs to upload the Abstract in PDF. MODEL FORMAT FOR ABSTRACT SUBMISSION (IN PDF FORMAT) :- a. Name of the sub-theme b. Title of the paper c. Author's name & designation along with institution's name d. Main body of the abstract e. Keywords Full paper :- Full Paper must contain maximum 5000 words. In representations and/may addition, graphical or diagrams may be added if necessary. File type :- Authors should submit their full papers only in Microsoft Office 2007 file format in the email idhopeseminar01@gmail.com Language:- The language of a paper and relevant abstract should be in English only. Oral Presentations may be given either in English or in Bengali language.

Font :- Font Type: Times New Roman. Font size for Heading or Title: 14 point and Bold Font size for subtitle: 12 point and Bold Font size for Content of Paper: 12 point Please Note : The full paper should be written following the APA, 6 th edition [2009]. Margin :- 1 Margin should be left on each side of the A4 sized paper while composing an article. Title Page :- One Title Page should be at the very beginning where some information is to be put in the following sequence: Title of the Paper Name of the Author Name of the Organization that he/she represents Author Note: Name, Designation, Address, Email ID, Phone No. Heading & Sub-heading :- Following the norm related to Font size (as mentioned above), the Heading & Sub-heading of the paper/article are to be composed with Centre Alignment without putting the numbers, like 1, 2 etc. Paragraph: A new paragraph may be framed wherever required leaving 1.5 space from the left of a page by setting a tab. Page No.: Page no. should be put in the right corner of the bottom of each page. Reference: Referencing should follow the style as described in the APA 6 edition. th Examples :- For Book: Aggarwal, J.C. Ltd., Noida 201301 (UP) Spacing between lines :- Double spacing should be maintained between two lines while composing the Full Paper. The review committee reserves all the rights to accept, modify or reject a paper without prior any intimation. The review committee accepts no responsibility for the statements and opinions expressed by the contributors of the accepted and published papers. Participants whose paper will be selected by the peer review committee for presentation will be intimated through email before the Seminar.
