For example: Budapest Open Access Initiative in 2002 Bethesda Statement on Open Access Publishing in 2003, The signing of 'Berlin Declaration on Open Access to Knowledge In the Sciences in 2005 Digitalisation for opening up to broad society, open society. Open Science is not only an external influence but also an ideal.

TU Delft TU DELFT- Delft University of Technology - is the largest and oldest Dutch public technical university. Located in Delft, the Netherlands, it has eight faculties and numerous research institutes, and hosts more than 19,000 undergraduate and postgraduate students, 2,600 scientists (including around 200 professors) and 2,000 doctoral students. The university was established in 1842 by King William II of the Netherlands as a Royal Academy.
