1. Institutional, EyE Network a. Management Committee (Headquarter. Buenos Aires) Four members b. Planning Committee Management Committee members and all Directors and Codirectors of EyE Networks Nodes c. Current EyE Nodes 16: Mexico (5), Guatemala, Cuba, Colombia (2), Ecuador, Chile and Argentina (5). All Nodes are based in Universities, Research Centers or Civil Organizations d. Potential new Nodes 3:Ecuador (Guayaquil), Peru and Spain

2. EyE Method of Prospective After more than 10 years of research, testes and practice, in 2003 EyE officially offers their own Method of Prospective (MEYEP). This method is accepted today by universities, international organizations, corporations and research centers. Demand is growing up permanently and it is used daily in concrete prospective studies, workshops and meetings. Final handbook on this method is been written (it would be ready at the end of 2006, in Spanish) Simultaneously, we use and apply other well-known methods, and we also combine diverse techniques and methodological tools with our MEYEP.

3. Academic and training activities, EyE Headquarter a. Our MEYEP Method is teaching in: 3 MBA, 8 Masters and 2 Specializations, in Colombia, Ecuador, Chile and Argentina b. Coaching of Analysts' in Prospective (with special application of MEYEP Method) in: 13 Workshops in Colombia, Venezuela, Ecuador y Argentina (7 for Government Agencies) c. Management and advice for establishment of prospective observatories in: Argentina (3), Colombia (2), Ecuador (1) and Mexico (1) d. Main studies of applied prospective: 17, for different institutions and corporations e. Lectures and academic meeting with prospective analysis on specific topics (most important) 2004: 6; 2005: 10; 2006: 9

4. Activities of the EyE Network Nodes All Nodes are working in different topics. As example, we present only the list of activities carried out by Chaco and Future Mexico EyE Nodes a. Chaco Node main activities 2005: Ten main activities - Main Committee of World Mediation Forum, it has designated to Chaco Node (based in Research for Peace Center) member of this Forum - Weekly program in a local radio station, prospective and peace. It has more than 100 editions. Edition 100: 04/04/2006 - Five training events for different institutions and corporations - Portuguese Translation, "Value of Silence - a means for Peace" book. Author: Dr Miguel Garrido, Chair of Chaco Node - Collection of publications and work papers on Peace, Future, Human Being, Mediation and Negotiation. - Advice in Policies of Growth for a Project of Social Peace, El Colorado, County of Formosa, Argentina

Chaco Node main activities (cont) 2006: seven main actvities - 4 training courses and workshop - Chaco Node and Research on Peace Center develops Peace Phenomenon" Course, as continuous education. - Advice to the political area for popularization of the "Value Active Solidarity", General San Martin's city, County of Chaco, Argentina - Chaco Node and Research for Peace Center it inaugurates the Center of Studies of Conflicts for Peace, in Universidad Nacional Villa María, County of Córdoba, Argentina,

Future Mexico Node main activities - Interdisciplinary group integrated for near 200 professors, investigators and students of diverse institutions of the FD and of other states of the Mexican republic, interested in the use of prospective - Every week, from January 2003, it carries out the Permanent Seminar of Prospective Studies in the Political and Social Sciences College of UNAM. - We are publishing the international electronic magazine Prospecti...va building futures that it takes ten numbers edited up today. General Director is Dra. Guillermina Baena Paz. www.metadata.org.mx/subnodofuturomexico - We ve published two electronic books of free gownload in Internet, one titled "Prospective Politics" (2004), Dra. Guillermina Baena; and others, an international collective book directed by Dra Guillermina Baena titled "Human Security and Emotional Infrastructure" (2005).

b. Future Mexico Node main activities (cont.) - In 2005 we ve assumed the coordination of efforts in Human Security for EyE Network. Our biggest achievements: - Incorporation in "Letter of Emergent Human Rights" to human security as principle and as emergent right, with the vision achieved in the investigation that EyE carried out in 2003. - Project for the creation of Latin American Council of Prospective for Peace and Human Security. In process. - In preparation, collective and international book titled "Emotional Capital", Volume 2 of the Human Security Collection - Elaboration of four didactic handbooks of Working Papers series in prospective matters

b. Future Mexico Node main activities (cont.) - Ten courses and graduates courses in prospective matters to national level - In 2005 it was achieved that the Plan of Studies on Political Science has incorporated the following subjects: Prospective Politics, Scenarios Construction I, Scenarios Construction II, and Techniques on Social Prospective. In the Postgraduate Program of the same School we have incorporated the subject: Laboratory of studies of the Future. - We ve carry out the First Meeting Prospec 2005 with experts and civil organizations in November 2005. Memory of this meeting is in Number 9 of own digital magazine Prospecti va - UNAM authorized one research project titled Laboratory of Studies of the Future, for two years, belonging to the PAPIME project of the institution. Recently, we have concluded a similar project denominated Political Prospective.
