Resolution No. 146 of SGH Senate of 17 May 2017 on the terms and conditions of admission to the 1st year of full-time and part-time first and second cycle programmes at SGH Warsaw School of Economics in the academic year 2018/2019 Pursuant to art. 169.2 of the act of 27 July 2005 - The Law on Higher Education (Journal of Laws of 2016 item 1842, as amended) and 46.1.11 of SGH Statutes, SGH Senate resolves as follows: UNIT I General rules of admission Chapter 1 Preliminary provisions 1 This resolution regulates the terms and conditions as well as the time of commencing and closing of admission to the first year of first and second cycle programmes conducted as fulltime and part-time programmes at SGH Warsaw School of Economics (hereinafter referred to as SGH ), commencing in the winter semester of 2018 and spring semester of 2019. 2 1. The following terms have been used in the resolution: 1) ranking lists - lists made separately for particular forms of study based on the scores of candidates entering the qualification procedure run for each form of study; 2) lists of persons qualified for admission - lists of candidates put on ranking lists who have been qualified by the University Admission Board for submitting documents being a necessary condition for university enrolment; 3) lists of persons admitted - lists of persons who have submitted the required documents and have been admitted to a given form or field of study; 4) full-time programmes - programmes defined in the act of 27 July 2005 - The Law on Higher Education (Journal of Laws of 2016 item 1842, as amended; hereinafter referred

to as the "Act"), which are run on a tuition fee-free basis, subject to programmes with instruction in a foreign language which are conducted on a tuition fee basis. 5) part-time programmes - programmes defined in the Act which are conducted on a tuition fee basis as afternoon or weekend programmes; 6) matura exam (hereinafter referred to as the "New Maturity Exam") - a school-leaving exam taken since 2005 in secondary schools and since 2006 in technical secondary schools acting based on the Polish law; 7) maturity exam (hereinafter referred to as the "Old Maturity Exam") - a school leaving exam taken until 2004 in secondary schools and until 2005 in technical secondary schools acting based on the Polish law; 8) International Maturity Exam - an exam certified with the IB diploma (International Baccalaureate), issued by the International Baccalaureate Organisation in Geneva; 9) European Maturity Exam - an exam certified with the EB diploma (European Baccalaureate) issued by European Schools pursuant to the Convention Defining the Statute of European Schools executed in Luxembourg on 21 June 1994 (Journal of Laws of 2005 No. 3, item 10); 10) ISR (On-line Admission System) - electronic university candidate admission system available on SGH website; 11) personal admission account - a part of ISR where the data related to the admission process, including personal data and information of the admission procedure record, are collected, stored and shared; 12) SGH first cycle programme graduate - a person who has received a professional title of licencjat at SGH between the first day of the academic year preceding the year of starting admission to second cycle programmes and the end of admission; 13) start of admission - beginning of registration in ISR; 14) end of admission - finishing registration in ISR; 15) candidate - a person applying for admission to SGH academic programmes; 16) ESOKJ level - the level of foreign language competence in the understanding of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) [Polish - ESOKJ] (published also on SGH website); 17) test in entrepreneurship knowledge - a test checking general intellectual capabilities of a candidate for economic academic programmes. 2. Whenever the resolution refers to:

1) forms of study, without any further specification - they should be understood as fulltime tuition fee-free programmes, full-time tuition fee-based programmes, part-time afternoon programmes, part-time weekend programmes; 2) fields of study, without any further specification - they should be understood as fields of study with instruction in Polish or a foreign language; 3) maturity certificate, without any further specification - it should be understood as a maturity certificate received as a result of the New Maturity Exam, the Old Maturity Exam, the IB diploma, EB diploma and another certificate or document obtained abroad providing eligibility for university admission; 4) the act, without any further specification - it should be understood as the act of 27 July 2005 The Law on Higher Education (Journal of Laws of 2016 item 1842, as amended); 3 1. The resolution shall be applied to admissions of persons being Polish citizens, subject to section 2. 2. Foreigners stipulated in art. 43.2 of the Act may apply for admission on the conditions applicable to Polish citizens; also foreigners stipulated in art. 43.5 or 5a of the Act may apply for admission on these conditions unless they choose to apply on the conditions outlined in art. 43.3. and 4 of the Act. 3. University admission of foreigners other than these stipulated in art. 43.2 of the Act and foreigners stipulated in art. 43.5 and 5a of the Act if they have not chosen admission on the conditions applicable to Polish citizens, including foreigners holders of Polish maturity certificates as well as foreigners o stipulated in art. 43.2a of the Act shall take place pursuant to separate provisions, specifically art. 43.3 and 4 of the Act, provisions of the ordinance of the Minister of Science and Higher Education of 12 October 2006 on the matter of taking up and pursuing by foreigners of academic programmes and training courses and their participation in research and development projects (Journal of Laws No. 190 item 1406, as amended) and the applicable Rector's orders. 4 1. SGH Senate shall determine by way of a resolution the university admission limits. 2. The limit of admissions to the full-time second cycle programmes, subject to section 2a, shall be divided in the following way: 1) 50% to SGH first cycle programme graduates; 2) 50% to candidates from the general admission;

if the limit stipulated in point 1 is not filled, its remaining portion shall be added accordingly to the limit stipulated in point 2. 2a. The limit of admissions to the field of project management shall be divided in the following way: 1) 50% to SGH first cycle programme graduates 2) 50% to candidates from the general admission; if the limit stipulated in point 1 is not filled, its remaining portion shall be added accordingly to the limit stipulated in point 2. 3. It is allowed to increase the limits stipulated in section 1 and 2, by a decision of the University Admission Board in the case outlined in 35.5 or by a decision of the University Admission Board of Appeals. 4. The provisions of sections 1-3 shall not be applied to: 1) admissions to full-time tuition fee-based programmes with instruction in a foreign language; 2) foreigners stipulated in art. 43.3 of the Act; 3) admissions determined in provisions issued based on 13.2. 5 1. A field of study or form of study shall run provided a number of candidates stipulated in the separate SGH Senate resolution is qualified for admission. 2. The Rector may decide to lower the number of qualified candidates required for a field or form of study to run. 6 1. Admission to first and second cycle programmes shall be conducted to programmes commencing in the winter semester. 2. The Rector may order a supplementary admission to second cycle programmes with instruction in Polish commencing in the spring semester. Chapter 2 Candidates 7 1. Only persons who have received a maturity certificate or a maturity certificate and a certificate of matura exam scores in particular subjects, stipulated in the act on the system of education may apply for admission to first cycle programmes. 2. Only persons who have been awarded a title of magister, licencjat, inżynier or its equivalent may be admitted to second cycle programmes.

Candidates for programmes with instruction in a foreign language who in their maturity exam in the language of the programme instruction have not scored at least 70 (seventy) percentage points, should hold a document certifying the competence in this foreign language at a minimum level of B2 CEFR. This requirement shall not apply to candidates holders of any of the documents below: 1) an IB or EB diploma or another foreign maturity certificate issued by the school in which classes were held with instruction in this language; 2) a diploma of completion of a university philology programme or an applied linguistics programme in a given foreign language; 3) a document issued by a university certifying the completion of an academic programme with instruction in a given foreign language. 8 1. Admissions to first cycle programmes shall take place: 1) to particular forms of study with instruction in Polish, the choice of field shall be made during the first year of study pursuant to the procedure stipulated in the Rules and Regulations of Study, or 2) to fields of study with instruction in foreign languages, in the form of full-time programmes in the fields of: Global Business, Finance and Governance, International Economics, Management, Quantitative Methods in Economics and Information Systems. 2. Admissions to second cycle programmes shall take place to fields of study with instruction in: 1) Polish: Data Analysis - Big Data; E-Commerce; Economics; Economic Law Analysis; Finance and Accounting; Global Business; Finance and Governance; Quantitative Methods in Economics and Information Systems; Managerial; International Economic Relations; Public Policy; International Tourism, Hotel Industry and Leisure Services; Management; Corporate Finance Management; Project Management; 2) a foreign language: Advanced Analytics Big Data; Finance and Accounting; Global Business, Finance and Governance; International Business; International Tourism, Hotel Industry and Leisure Services. UNIT II Admission procedure Chapter 1 Bodies conducting the admission procedure

9 The admission procedure shall be run by the University Admission Board and the University Admission Board of Appeals. 10 1. The University Admission Board shall be responsible for conducting the qualification procedure. 2. The University Admission Board of Appeals shall be responsible for dealing with appeals against decisions of the University Admission Board and complaints lodged by candidates in connection with the admission procedure. 11 1. The boards shall pass resolutions by an ordinary vote majority. Should there be a draw, the chairperson shall have a casting vote. Board meetings shall be recorded in the form of minutes signed by board members attending the meeting. 2. Any alterations to the text of the minutes or crossed out pieces of text shall come with notes and signature of the board chair. 3. University admission decisions shall be prepared and signed by the relevant board. The board may authorise its chair or vice chairs to sign decisions on its behalf. 12 Whenever in the said resolution the competences of the board chair are mentioned, they should be also understood as competences of the vice chair who shall conduct the board business at the absence of the chair or perform other actions as the chair's replacement. Chapter 2 Joint provisions for admission to first and second cycle programmes 13 1. The admission procedure shall consist of the following stages: 1) candidate registration in ISR; 2) qualification procedure leading to the establishment and publication of ranking lists and lists of persons qualified for admission to particular forms and fields of study; 3) submission of the required documents by candidates; 4) verification of the documents stipulated in point 3; 5) issuing admission decisions; 6) announcing the list of persons admitted and not admitted;

2. The Rector may specify a detailed mode of admission, should it be required for the performance of agreements entered into by SGH and foreign universities or research institutions. 14 1. Candidate admission to programmes commencing in the winter semester: 1) first cycle programmes - shall begin on 9 May 2018 and finish 5 days after the announcement of the maturity exam results by the relevant body; 2) second cycle programmes - shall begin on 9 May 2018 and finish: a) for admission of graduates of SGH first cycle programmes - on 23 May 2018; b) for general admissions - on 19 June 2018. 2. Admission to second cycle programmes commencing in the spring semester shall begin on 1 December 2018 and finish: 1) for admissions of SGH first cycle programme graduates - on 8 January 2019, 2) for general admissions - on 15 January 2019. 3. The Rector shall determine a detailed timetable of the qualification procedure and document submission by candidates qualified for enrolment - separately for admission to programmes commencing in the winter semester and in the spring semester and separately for particular forms and fields of study - by way of orders, on 15 February and 31 October 2018 respectively. 15 1. Candidate registration shall be run only in the electronic form through ISR. 2. Candidate registration in ISR, including laureates and finalists of central level school contests, shall be a necessary condition of starting his/her qualification procedure. 3. In the course of the admission procedure, ISR shall be accessible to candidates from any computer connected to the Internet, in principle round the clock. 4. At the request of the candidate the Admission and Promotion Division shall ensure access to a computer station on SGH campus during its working hours to complete the registration. 16 1. To complete the registration, the candidate shall be obliged to: 1) establish a personal admission account in ISR, complete and confirm the admission form, in particular: a) provide personal data, b) provide results or grades from the maturity certificate (shall not apply to registration to second cycle programmes),

c) enter data from the diploma: professional title, diploma number, date of issue, country of issue, name of school, city, field of study, mode of study (shall not apply to first cycle programme registration) d) select the form and field of study, e) select a foreign language which the candidate intends to study at SGH, subject to section 3-6, f) upload a JPG format file compliant with technical requirements of ISR containing a photo meeting the ID photo standard; 2) make an admission fee payment to the individual bank account number indicated in the personal admission account. 2. A failure to meet any of the above mentioned conditions of section 1, especially a failure to effect the admission fee payment, shall make the admission null and void. 3. The foreign language shall be selected from among: English, Italian, French, German, Russian and Spanish. 4. Candidates for fist cycle full-time programmes shall choose the same two languages which were graded in their maturity certificates. Candidates for part-time weekend programmes shall choose the language according to the table provided in ISR at a minimum level of A2 CEFR, and candidates for part-time afternoon programmes shall indicate the language which they took in their maturity exams. 5. Candidates for second cycle programmes shall choose a language in which their competence is at least B1 CEFR. 6. Indicating a foreign language in the on-line admission form shall be binding for candidates for the whole of their study period. 7. SGH may not run a language class for which fewer than 10 participants signed up. In such a case, the student shall choose a language class among these which will run. 8. A candidate may choose from among the available forms and fields of study, however he/she may only be admitted to one form or field. 9. In the situation stipulated in section 8, the candidate shall be obliged to rank the selected forms and fields of study from the most relevant to the least relevant. Admission to one form or field of study shall mean rejection from the remaining ones. 10. After the ISR shuts down the candidate has the right to complement and modify the data entered into the on-line admission form and other parts of the personal admission account.

11. ISR shall shut down after the lapse of the 59th minute past 23.00hrs of the official time on the territory of the Republic of Poland on the last day of the primary admission period. After this time making any alterations or complementing data shall be impossible. 17 1. The amount of the admission fee shall be determined by the Rector by way of an order by 31 December 2017. 2. The admission fee shall be paid not later than on the last day of candidate admissions. 3. The admission fee shall be non-refundable, unless it was paid after the deadline or the candidate quit admission in writing before the ISR shut down in a given mode of admission to a particular form or field of study. The fee shall be refunded at the candidate's request filed within 30 days of the ISR shut-down to the bank account indicated in the application. 4. Candidates being pupils of child care homes, full orphans or foreigners holding a status of refugees granted in the Republic of Poland may upon a request in writing be exempted from the admission fee, providing they can prove their grounds for such an exemption. 18 1. SGH shall not be held accountable for candidates' inability to register or modify entries in ISR caused by internet network breakdowns remaining beyond SGH control or temporary overload of SGH servers. In such circumstances a candidate shall report in person to the Promotion and Admission Division before the admission closes. 2. SGH shall not be held accountable for the consequences of any failure to complete the personal admission account or entering wrong data. 3. A candidate shall be obliged to keep the access password to his/her admission account confidential. SGH shall not be held accountable for the consequences of sharing the password with third persons by the candidates, especially for any changes to their data in ISR authorised with their password and for disclosing candidates' personal data thereby. 19 1. The University Admission Board shall communicate with candidates via the personal admission account. The Board shall specifically inform the candidates of the following: 1) results of the qualification procedure; 2) candidate's place on the ranking list; 3) putting the candidate on the list of persons qualified for admission, the date and place of submitting documents; 4) admission or non-admission.

2. Any information posted on the candidate's personal admission account shall be deemed effectively served. 3. SGH shall not be held accountable for the consequences of candidates failing to read the information sent to their personal admission accounts. Chapter 3 Rules of the qualification procedure to the first cycle programmes 20 1. Admission to full-time first cycle programmes with instruction in Polish shall take place as a result of the qualification procedure accounting for the scores in the maturity certificate and in the test on entrepreneurial knowledge conducted by the Admission Board. 2. Admission to part-time first cycle programmes with instruction in Polish shall take place as a result of the qualification procedure accounting for the scores in the maturity certificate. 3. Admission to tuition fee-based full-time first cycle programmes with instruction in a foreign language shall take place based only on the document review. Should there be more candidates than places available, admission will be decided on the first-come-first-served basis, yet priority shall be given to those candidates who have placed a given programme at the top of their preference list. 21 1. The qualification procedure shall be run according to the candidate's type of maturity certificate and shall consist in awarding qualification points depending on the grades: a) in four subjects on the maturity certificate, selected by the candidate, one of each of the table presented below, where a subject selected in one position may not be selected again in another; Position Subject 1. Mathematics or Physics 2. Geography, History, Knowledge of the Society, Economics or Physics 3. the first language from among the following: English, Italian, French, German, Russian or Spanish 4. the second language from among the languages offered in point 3. b) for programmes with instruction in Polish - also in the entrepreneurial knowledge o test. 22

1. If the sum of qualification points in maturity exam subjects is not a natural number, 1/2 (one second) shall be added to it and the candidate shall be awarded the number of points of the whole part of the sum obtained. 2. The total number of qualification points awarded to the candidate in maturity exam subjects may not exceed 333 (three hundred thirty three). 23 Scores in the test in entrepreneurial knowledge, the course of the qualification procedure 1. The score in the test in entrepreneurial knowledge shall be expressed in per cent in the bracket from 0 to 100. 2. The per cent value of the test in entrepreneurial knowledge shall be next converted into the qualification points, where for each per cent obtained in the test the candidate shall receive 1 qualification point. The maximum number of qualification points to be scored in the test shall be 100. 3. The test in entrepreneurial knowledge shall be conducted as a coded test. 4. The scores in the test in entrepreneurial knowledge shall be established using computer reading devices supervised by at least three members of the University Admission Board. 5. At the candidate's request in writing the completed by him test form in entrepreneurial knowledge shall be made available for inspection in the place indicated by the Chairperson of the University Admission Board after the admission procedure results have been announced. 6. The candidate may inspect the test form only when assisted by at least one member of the University Admission Board. The assisting board member shall be appointed by the Chair of the University Admission Board. 7. The University Admission Board shall establish rules for conducting the test in entrepreneurial knowledge together with candidates being representatives of the disabled persons. 8. The University Admission Board shall determine the rules binding candidates during the test in entrepreneurial knowledge, also the rules for using technical devices and other technical and educational aids. The above mentioned rules shall be communicated via ISR and presented in speaking directly before the test starts. 9. Should a candidate breach any of the rules stipulated in section 8, the Chair of the University Admission Board shall resolve to disqualify the candidate and remove him/her from further participating in the qualification procedure. 24

Scores for persons who have passed the New Maturity Exam 1. A candidate who has received a maturity certificate after passing the New Maturity Exam shall be qualified based on the scores of the written part of the maturity exam - in subjects stipulated in 21.a.1-3, taken at an advanced level and in the second foreign language ( 21.a.4) taken at a basic or extended level. 2. Results of the maturity exam in subjects stipulated in 21.a.1, 2, and 3 shall be converted based on the rule: one percentage point equals one qualification point subject to section 4. 3. Results of the maturity exam in the subject stipulated in 21.a.4 shall be converted based on the rule: one percentage point equals 1/3 (one third) of a qualification point subject to section 4. 4. A candidate who has passed the maturity exam in a foreign language stipulated in 21.a.3 at the level of a bilingual class shall be awarded 4/3 (four thirds) of a qualification points for each percentage point scored in the maturity exam, not more than 100 qualification points, and in the case of the second foreign language passed at the level of a bilingual class 4/9 (four ninths) of a qualification point for each percentage point scored in the maturity exam, not more than 33 and 1/3 (thirty three and one third) qualification points. 5. A candidate who has passed the maturity exam in the subject stipulated in 21.a.1 and 2 at a bilingual class level shall be additionally awarded 1/3 (one third) of a qualification point for each percentage point. 25 Scores for persons who have passed the Old Maturity Exam 1. A candidate who has received a maturity certificate having passed the Old Maturity Exam shall be qualified based on the sum of values of the grades scored in the spoken or written part of the maturity exam in the subjects stipulated in 21.a.1-3 and 1/3 (one third) of the value of the grade in the second foreign language ( 21.a.4) scored in the spoken or written part of the maturity exam, subject to the cases when a candidate has received scores both in the spoken and written part of the exam, then the higher score shall be taken for qualification. 2. A candidate who in the maturity exam has been exempted from taking an exam in the subject stipulated in 21.a.1, 2 or 3 shall receive the number of qualification points equivalent to the maximum value of the grade in the subject of exemption. If the subject of exam exemption is the second foreign language ( 21.a.4), the candidate shall receive a number of qualification points equivalent to 1/3 (one third) of the maximum grade value.

3. A sum of grade values from the maturity certificate stipulated in section 1 shall be converted into qualification points by multiplying it by 16 and 2/3 (sixteen and two thirds). 26 Scores for persons holders of the International Maturity Exam 1. A candidate holder of the International Maturity Exam shall be qualified based on the grades scored in the IB diploma in the subjects stipulated in 21.a.1-4 taken at a standard level (SL) or extended level (HL) - subject to section 3 and scores in the test conducted by the Admission Board checking the candidate's general intellectual capabilities for studying economic sciences. 2. 2 30 2 27 Scores for persons holders of other maturity certificates 1. A candidate who has received an EB diploma having passed the European Maturity Exam or is a holder of another maturity certificate obtained abroad shall be qualified based on the grades awarded on the EB diploma or another foreign maturity certificate. 2. Grades in particular subjects stipulated in 21.a.1-3 which have been expressed in a percentage scale shall be treated as qualification points, i.e. following the rule that one percentage point equals one qualification point. 1/3 (one third) of a qualification point shall be awarded for each percentage point scored in the second foreign language ( 21.a.4). 3. If grades on the EB diploma or another foreign maturity certificate are not expressed in percentage points, but simple points, the University Admission Board shall convert them into percentage points and then perform the qualification in a way provided for by section 2. 4. If the EB diploma or another foreign maturity certificate presents only a general result of the exam, the candidate shall be qualified based on such a result, and shall be awarded the number of qualification points calculated by appropriately applying the rule stipulated in section 2 or 3, however that shall be conditional on the candidate having completed at least a two-year course in mathematics or physics in the secondary school. Should the foregoing condition be not met, the candidate shall not be awarded any points in the qualification procedure. 28 A candidate who on his/her maturity certificate has no grade in the subjects stipulated in 21.a.1, 2, 3 or 4 may enter the qualification procedure, but shall not be awarded any qualification points for this subject, except in situations provided for in 25.2. 29 1. Laureates and finalists of school contests at the central level determined by SGH Senate resolution on the principles of recognising the achievements of school contest laureates and finalists shall receive accordingly a maximum number of points available in the qualification procedure (433 qualification points) or a maximum available number of points in maturity exam subjects awarded to the candidate (333 qualification points). 2. Finalists of school contests at the central level determined by SGH Senate resolution shall be obliged to take a test in entrepreneurial knowledge. 30

1. Laureates and finalists of the Entrepreneurship School Contest shall be awarded the maximum number of points available in the qualification procedure (433 qualification points). 2. Laureates of the Economic Knowledge School Contest who took the first six places shall be awarded a maximum number of points available in the qualification procedure (433 qualification points); the remaining laureates and finalists of the Economic Knowledge School Contest shall receive the maximum number of points available in maturity exam subjects awarded to candidates (333 qualification points) and shall be obliged to take the test in entrepreneurial knowledge. 31 1. Candidates shall receive additional number of points in the qualification procedure, but the sum of points may not exceed 433, for sports achievements listed below in points 1-4. Should a candidate meet the criteria of more than one of them, only the achievement rendering the highest score of points shall be recognised. 1) 100 points - participation in Olympic Games or Paralympic Games, 2) 50 points participation in the World Championship or European Championship in the junior or older category in a discipline listed by the Polish Sports Association (according to the register of the Minister of Sport and Tourism), 3) 30 points winning a medal of the Polish Championship in the junior or older category in the last two years in a discipline listed by the Polish Sports Association (according to the register of the Minister of Sport and Tourism), 4) 30 points - participation in national 1st league games or their equivalent in team games of one season in the last two years. 2. All achievements should be documented with an original certificate issued by the relevant sports association. Chapter 4 Rules for the qualification procedure for the second cycle programmes 32 1. Admission to full-time second cycle programmes with instruction in Polish shall take place in the form of: 1) admission of SGH first cycle programme graduates; 2) general admission. 2. Admission to part-time second cycle programmes with instruction in Polish and full-time second cycle programmes with instruction in a foreign language shall take place based on

registration in ISR and verification of the submitted documents. If there are more candidates than places available, admission is effected on the first-come-first-served basis, with candidates who placed this programme at the top of their preference list being given priority. 33 Admission of SGH first cycle programme graduates to full-time programmes 1. The following persons being graduates of SGH first cycle programmes and applying for admission for the first time in this mode may enter the qualification procedure: 1) SGH students who have scored at least 150 (one hundred fifty) ECTS points and have at the same time obtained a grade average in the courses taken during the completed semesters of study at the level of at least 3.5; 2) graduates of first cycle programmes at SGH who have obtained a grade average during the study period of at least 3.5. 2. Candidates stipulated in section 1 shall be qualified for full-time programmes based on their grade average. The grade average shall be established by the Undergraduate Dean's Office with accuracy of 1/100 (one hundredth) pursuant to the rules set by the Rules and Regulations of First and Second Cycle Programmes at SGH Warsaw School of Economics. 34 Qualification procedure in the general admission 1. A basis for the qualification of candidates for full-time programmes in general admission mode shall be their score in the qualification test in economic knowledge along with the score in the test in the foreign business language competence of the language which was indicated by the candidate. 2. The qualification test shall be run in the form of a coded test. A maximum score of qualification points in the qualification test shall be 100 (one hundred), including 80 (eighty) points in the economic knowledge and 20 (twenty) in the foreign business language. 3. Test papers completed by the candidates shall be read using computer reading devices (OCR) supervised by at least three members of the University Admission Board. 4. At a candidate's request in writing the test paper completed by the candidate shall be made available to him/her for inspection in the place indicated by the Chair of the University Admission Board after the results of the admission procedure have been announced, but not later than by: 1) 30 September of the year in which the admission to the winter semester was completed; 2) 30 April of the year in which the admission to the spring semester was completed.

5. A candidate may inspect the test paper only when assisted by at least one member of the University Admission Board. The assisting member of the University Admission Board shall be appointed by the Chair of the board. 6. The University Admission Board shall determine the rules for conducting the qualification test taken by disabled persons. 7. Only candidates who have scored a minimum of 40% (forty per cent) of the maximum score in the qualification test may be put on the list of persons qualified for admission to full-time programmes. 8. The University Admission Board shall determine the rules binding candidates during the qualification test, also the rules for using devices as well as educational and technical aids. The above mentioned rules shall be communicated through ISR and presented in speaking directly before the test begins. 9. Should the candidate breach any of the rules stipulated in section 8, the Chair of the University Admission Board shall decide to disqualify the candidate and remove him/her from further participation in the qualification procedure. Chapter 5 Ranking lists and lists of persons qualified for first and second cycle programmes 35 1. The University Admission Board shall make the ranking lists separately for each form of study of the first and second cycle programmes, accounting for the preferences of candidates indicated by them pursuant to the provisions of 16.8. 2. Candidates shall be put on the ranking list in the order of their scores obtained in the qualification procedure, from the highest to the lowest. 3. Based on the ranking lists the University Admission Board shall make the lists of persons qualified for admission, separately for each form and field of study, accounting for the limits stipulated in 4.1 and 2. 4. If the number of candidates put on the list of persons qualified for admission in a given form or field of study is lower than the number stipulated in 5, the candidate shall be informed thereof via ISR. The candidate may then choose another form or field of study from among those which will run. 5. All candidates who have obtained the same number of qualification points or the same grade average as the candidate in the last position on the list shall be put on the list of persons qualified for admission to a given form or field of study.

6. Ranking lists containing the information on candidate results and lists of persons qualified for admission shall be published on SGH website. 36 1. The candidate shall be informed of the qualification procedure result, the position taken on the ranking list and whether he/she has been or not placed on the list of persons qualified for admission. 2. The candidate who has been qualified for admission shall also be advised of the deadline for submitting documents. 37 1. The candidate qualified for admission shall be put on the list of persons admitted to the programme providing he/she submits to the University Admission Board the required documents in the required time. A failure to submit complete documents within the deadline shall result in the candidate not being admitted to the programme. 2. The candidate qualified for admission to a form or field of study which is not compliant with his/her initial choice (preference) may resign from admission to this form or field. A failure to submit the complete set of required documents shall mean a resignation from further participation in the admission procedure to this form or field of study. 3. Candidates who have not been qualified to any form or field of study shall be automatically placed on the waiting list. 4. In the case of a resignation stipulated in section 2, the candidate runs a risk of not being qualified from the waiting list, which shall result in not being admitted to any form or field of study at SGH. 38 If after document verification it turns out that the limits stipulated in 4.1 and 2 have not been filled, the University Admission Board may qualify for admission candidates from the waiting list, ensuring that the rules of the qualification procedure are observed. 39 1. If after the qualification procedure is closed the limits of admission are left unfilled, the rector may decide to conduct a supplementary admission. 2. Supplementary admission: 1) to first cycle programmes shall begin on 1 September 2018 and end one day after announcing of the retake maturity exam results;

2) to second cycle programmes shall begin on 1 September 2018 and end 15 working days before the beginning of the academic year 2018/2019. 3. The regulations used for basic admissions shall apply to the supplementary admission. 4. Candidates holders of maturity certificates improved as a result of complaints may be admitted by way of appeal providing they register prior to that in ISR meeting the deadline of the supplementary admission. Chapter 6 Rules for document submission 40 1. A candidate qualified for admission shall be obliged to submit to the Promotion and Admission Division the required documents not later than by 15.00hrs of the official time on the territory of the Republic of Poland of the last day of the set deadline. 2. Documents may be submitted in person or by a representative. For the representative to be able to sign the tuition fee agreement the candidate must grant a power of attorney to the representative pursuant to the template available on SGH website. 3. The Promotion and Admission Division will refuse to accept documents if they appear incomplete. 4. A document refusal form shall be made in two copies at the request of the candidate or his/her representative. The form shall be signed by the employee of the Promotion and Admission Division and the candidate or his/her representative as a person receiving the document. 41 1. Admission to first and second cycle programmes shall require the following documents to be submitted by the candidate: 1) an admission form being an application for admission to the programme, printed out from ISR and signed by the candidate or his/her representative; 2) a current photo of the candidate compliant with the ID photo standard; 3) a copy of the document certifying competence in a foreign language (for persons qualified for admission to the programmes with instruction in a foreign language); 4) two copies of registers listing the submitted documents in order to check their completeness printed out from ISR and signed by the candidate or his/her representative. 2. Candidates for first cycle programmes shall present the originals of the following in order for SGH to make certified copies of them:

1) an ID (ID card or passport) or, for foreign candidates, another identity confirming document; 2) a maturity certificate or a maturity certificate and a certificate of maturity exam results in particular subjects stipulated in the act on the system of education; 3) a certificate confirming the status of laureate or finalist of the school contest at the central level, issued in a way stipulated in SGH Senate resolution as set out in 29; 4) a certificate confirming the status of a laureate or finalist of the Entrepreneurship School Contest; a certificate confirming the status of a laureate or finalist of the Economic Knowledge School Contest; 5) a certificate issued by the relevant Polish sports association documenting sports achievements of the candidate; 6) a legalised or accompanied by an apostille foreign maturity certificate or another document recognised in the Republic of Poland providing eligibility for university admission pursuant to art. 93.3 and 4 of the act on the system of education along with its certified translation into Polish - for candidates holders of a foreign maturity certificate; 7) a certificate of nostrification - for documents which may not be recognised based on the agreement binding the Republic of Poland on mutual recognition of educational documents or based on the rules stipulated in art. 93.1 and 2 of the act on the system of education. 3. Candidates for second cycle programmes shall present the originals of the following in order for SGH to make certified copies of them: 1) an ID (ID card or passport) or, for foreign candidates, another identity confirming document; 2) a higher education diploma; 3) a legalised or accompanied by an apostille foreign higher education diploma along with its certified translation into Polish for candidates holders of foreign university diplomas. 3a. Candidates for the field of Project Management in the second cycle programme shall additionally submit: 1) a declaration of joining the project "Direction - Project Management!"; 2) a statement of the member of the project "Direction - Project Management!" posted on SGH website.

4. The candidate shall be obliged to sign two copies of the tuition fee agreement upon document submission. SGH shall sign the agreement not later than within 30 days of the classes commencing. 42 Foreigners who will study based on the rules applicable to Polish citizens shall submit an original of the document certifying their right to take up study pursuant to art. 43.2, 43.5 or 43.5a of the act in order to make a certified copy of it. Chapter 7 Establishing the list of persons admitted, issuing admission decisions and announcing the results of the admission procedure 43 1. After the lapse of the document submission deadline the University Admission Board shall make the final report of the qualification procedure. The report shall reflect all the vital elements of the qualification procedure and attach the lists of candidates admitted and not admitted separately, in alphabetical order. 2. The report shall be signed by the Chair and members of the University Admission Board. Any pieces of text crossed out or altered shall be marked with notes and signed by the Board Chair. 44 The University Admission Board shall make admission decisions in relation to each candidate registered in ISR who has paid the admission fee. If the candidate has been admitted to another form or field of study than the first one, the decision of admission or non-admission shall be made in respect of all forms or fields of study selected by the candidate. 45 1. The University Admission Board shall advise candidates via their personal admission accounts of admission decisions made in their respect as well as of the possibility of personal decision collection on SGH premises within 2 working days. 2. Lists of persons admitted and not admitted together with their results, signed by the Chair and members of the University Admission Board shall be drawn up on SGH premises in a publicly accessible place and posted on SGH website. Chapter 8 Serving admission decisions and appeal remedies 46

If a candidate has not collected the admission decision in person in the time stipulated in the advice note pursuant to 45.1, the University Admission Board shall serve this decision by registered mail against confirmation of receipt, sending it to the correspondence address provided by the candidate in the on-line admission form. 47 1. The admission decision of the University Admission Board may be appealed to the University Admission Board of Appeal. 2. The appeal shall be filed within 14 (fourteen) days of receipt of the admission decision with the Promotion and Admission Division. The sole ground for filing an appeal may be an indication of a breach of terms and conditions of university admission. Filing an appeal before the decision has been served pursuant to the regulations of 46 shall be null and void and such an appeal shall not be considered. 3. The University Admission Board of Appeal shall serve the decision by registered mail against confirmation of receipt, sending it to the correspondence address provided by the candidate in the on-line admission form. 4. The final admission decision may be appealed by the candidate to the administrative court within 30 days of the date of its service. Chapter 9 Final provisions 48 Whenever the competences of the Rector in respect of the course of the admission procedure are referred to, they should be understood also as the competences of the Vice Rector appointed by the Rector. 49 Should the register of documents required from candidates stipulated in 40 or 41 become outdated as a result of changes to the applicable law and become effective after this resolution is passed, the Rector shall by way of an order determine the current catalogue of documents which the candidates will be obliged to submit to the Promotion and Admission Division. 50 The Rector may establish detailed conditions for candidate registration in ISR by way of an order. 51 Any situations not provided for by this resolution related to university admission shall be decided by the Rector. It shall not mean the ability to establish other forms of admission than

the ones provided for by the resolution or making admission decision in relation to candidates to whom the resolution applies. 52 The texts of the resolution and Rector's orders related to the admission procedure shall be available for inspection in the Promotion and Admission Division and published on SGH website. 53 Any matters not provided for by the resolution shall be regulated accordingly by the provisions of the act of 14 June 1960 - The Administrative Procedure Code (Journal of Laws of 2016 item 23). 54 The resolution shall become effective as of the day of passing.
