VII. New Business 1. Personnel Action Report BE IT RESOLVED, that the Plainedge Board of Education approves the appointments, resignations, terminations, eliminations of positions, transfers and leaves of absence as detailed by the Professional Personnel Action Report. 2. Co-Curricular RESOLVED that the Plainedge Board of Education approves the following co-curricular and coaching appointments for the 2015-2016 school year with compensation as provided in the collective bargaining agreement with the Plainedge Federation of Teachers. 3. Recommendations of The Committee on Special Education and Preschool Special Education RESOLVED, that the Plainedge Board of Education accepts the recommendations of the Committee on Preschool Special Education and Committee on Special Education as to classification, evaluation, and education program as contained in the identified cases on file in the Office of Special Education, presented to the Board of Education by Dr. D. Stephanie Lamanno Chairperson of the Committee on Preschool Special Education and Committee on Special Education. 4. Adoption of 2016-2017 Board of Education Calendar Its the recommendation of the Superintendent of Schools that the following resolution be adopted: RESOLVED, that the Plainedge Board of Education adopts the 2016-2017 Board of Education Calendar. 2 P a g e

Adoption of 2016-2017 District School Year Calendar Its the recommendation of the Superintendent of Schools that the following resolution be adopted: RESOLVED, that the Plainedge Board of Education adopts the 2016-2017 School Year District Calendar. 6. All Color Offset Printers It is the recommendation of the Superintendent of Schools that the following resolution RESOLVED, that the Plainedge Board of Education approves the agreement between Plainedge Public Schools and All Color Offset Printers to prepare the commencement program for the class of 2016. 7. Bid for Aver Visions Document Camera RESOLVED, that the Plainedge Board of Education does, hereby, award the bid for the Aver Visions F70W Flex Arm Wireless Document Camera to PC University. 8. Board Member Conference Attendance RESOLVED, that the Plainedge Board of Education approves the attendance of Catherine Flanagan, Raymond Paris, Dennis Gustafson and Douglas Pascarella, at the National School Boards Association Conference in Boston, Massachusetts, to be held on April 8, 2016 - April 11, 2016. 9. Budget Transfer be accepted: RESOLVED, that the Plainedge Board of Education approves the 2015-2016 budget transfers in the amount of $1,155,595.17. 10. Donation - High School Robotics RESOLVED, that the Plainedge Board of Education approves the donation of $420 to the Plainedge High School Robotics Club, from Brinker International (Chili s Restaurant). 3 P a g e

Donation - Plainedge National Honor Society RESOLVED, that the Plainedge Board of Education approves the donation of $130 to the Plainedge High School National Honor Society, from Brinker International (Chili's Restaurant). 12. Donation - Student Activities Account - Senior Class RESOLVED, that the Plainedge Board of Education approves the donation of $39.73 to the Plainedge High School Student Activities Account Senior Class, from Ohiopyle Prints. 13. Obsolete Equipment RESOLVED, that the Plainedge Board of Education approves the disposal of Obsolete Equipment, from the Plainedge Public School District Facilities Department. 14. Piccolo's Caterers RESOLVED, that the Plainedge Board of Education approves the agreement between Piccolo s Caterers and the Plainedge UFSD for the Scholastic Award Dinner & Ceremony on June 2, 2016. 15. Preferred Events RESOLVED, that the Plainedge Board of Education approve the agreement between Preferred Events and the Plainedge UFSD for the Scholastic Award Dinner & Ceremony on June 2, 2016. 16. Renewal of Bid 13-002 Johnson Controls RESOLVED, that the Plainedge Board of Education does, hereby, accept renewal #2 of Bid 13-002 for Johnson Controls Building Management Systems Repairs for the period of December 10, 2015 - December 11, 2016. 4 P a g e

Summit Security RESOLVED, that the Plainedge Board of Education approve the increase in the Level 2 Security Guard bill rate from $22.10 to $24.61, for responsibilities performed outside of the scope of work from contract NYS OGS PS65725, effective July 1, 2015.
