Darrick Smith Ed. D. My professional agenda is rooted in an ideological and practical commitment to the liberation of historically targeted communities. My strategic contribution to the broader discourse is meant to add further clarification as to how social justice ethics might manifest in educational practice. My writing, engaged community work, leadership, and presentations also reflect my interest in a more nuanced framing of what ideas, practices, and relationships might constitute an informed, critical alliance with members of historically targeted communities.
