> JUNIOR ENTERPRISE Concept and Goals CONCEPT It s a non-profit association, formed and managed exclusively by university students and providing professional services to companies and institutions. > JUNIOR ENTERPRISE Concept guidelines MEMBERS DEVELOPMENT > Focus on member development - The ultimate goal of any project should be the professional and personal development of members in any sense. RELATIONSHIP WITH THE MOVEMENT > Contribute to the development of the Junior Enterprise Movement - forming the members and encouraging them to participate in the activities of the movement. MANAGEMENT AND DECISION-MAKING > Be managed only by students - only students decide and execute the necessary strategic decisions. RELATIONSHIP WITH THE IHE > Being linked to an institution of higher education, not necessarily legally affiliated. SUSTAINABILITY > Target a sustainable activity (guarantee at least one project with one external client per year). CLIENTS > Interact with an external party - companies, entities or individual clients - in the execution of projects. ENTREPRENEURSHIP SPIRIT > Encourage entrepreneurship - involving members in decision-making; Encouraging them to develop and propose their own projects; And constantly look for new opportunities. PROJECTS > Contribute to the development of soft or hard skills of the members through the projects - commercial activity, whenever possible, should focus on projects that contribute to the development of hard skills (eg resource management, analytical and technical skills).
