> JUNIOR ENTERPRISE Concept and Goals CONCEPT It s a non-profit association, formed and managed exclusively by university students and providing professional services to companies and institutions. GOALS Applying theoretical knowledge Learning by doing Developing entrepeneurial ideas Enhance growth Promoting employability > 2

> JUNIOR ENTERPRISE Concept guidelines MEMBERS DEVELOPMENT > Focus on member development - The ultimate goal of any project should be the professional and personal development of members in any sense. RELATIONSHIP WITH THE MOVEMENT > Contribute to the development of the Junior Enterprise Movement - forming the members and encouraging them to participate in the activities of the movement. MANAGEMENT AND DECISION-MAKING > Be managed only by students - only students decide and execute the necessary strategic decisions. RELATIONSHIP WITH THE IHE > Being linked to an institution of higher education, not necessarily legally affiliated. SUSTAINABILITY > Target a sustainable activity (guarantee at least one project with one external client per year). CLIENTS > Interact with an external party - companies, entities or individual clients - in the execution of projects. ENTREPRENEURSHIP SPIRIT > Encourage entrepreneurship - involving members in decision-making; Encouraging them to develop and propose their own projects; And constantly look for new opportunities. PROJECTS > Contribute to the development of soft or hard skills of the members through the projects - commercial activity, whenever possible, should focus on projects that contribute to the development of hard skills (eg resource management, analytical and technical skills).
