He has been involved in research and teaching stints at different University Management and Engineering Colleges in India. He is qualified in UGC NET and has supervised more than 100 Post Graduate Research Projects from several Universities in the areas of Management for the past one decade. He presented seven research papers in national level Seminars and published five research articles in reputed journals.
