Holy Rosary School Volunteer Opportunities
I see Parents as Partners creating a dynamic and successful school environment. Working together is key in providing support for our students spiritually, academically, socially, and emotionally. I welcome all parents to be involved in the programs and projects we offer at Holy Rosary School. I believe our parents bring vitality and fresh ideas to our school through their enthusiasm, energy, and creative ideas. Commitment Parent volunteerism is an integral piece to every family s commitment to Holy Rosary School; it is essential all families participate. Funds raised through many of these opportunities over the school year are necessary to provide your child the high quality, Catholic education available at Holy Rosary School. Volunteering at Holy Rosary is a rewarding way to increase your awareness of school activities as well as enrich your child s school experience. Being a Volunteer Per the Registration Contract, each school family is required to provide a minimum of 40 volunteer hours (20 volunteer hours for a single parent household) per school year. Volunteers are essential to the well-being of our school programs. We welcome parent and grandparent volunteers on a variety of special occasions. When coming to school, please report to the office, sign in and receive a visitor badge to wear while in the school. All volunteers who will be working with children are required to submit to an Archdiocesan background check as well as reading and signing the Safe Environment Program Agreement, and attending the 3-hour Safe Environment class before they can begin volunteering.
