BUSINESS LEADERSHIP PROGRAM OVERVIEW: DEVELOPING GLOBAL LEADERS In this nline leadership prgram, we transfrm thery int practice by shwing yu hw t becme a mre effective glbal business leader. Each f the seven leadership curses includes an verview f the curse, six learning mdules fcused n interactive learning, and a review and summary quiz. The interactive learning mdules include a variety f media types (audi, vide, animatin, and slideshw. designed t engage the participant. Typically, a participant will spend 2-3 hurs per curse, apprximately 15-30 minutes per mdule. Each curse has a pre-curse and a pst-curse survey based n the specific learning utcmes assciated with each curse. The pre-curse/pst-curse results are used t assess student learning relative t learning utcmes. The end f curse quizzes can be used fr assurance f learning. The nline leadership curses can be readily integrated int any academic curriculum t supplement classrm learning. The nline prgram can als be used t create standalne curses in leadership, perhaps by adding a reflective paper at the end f the prgram. The curses can als be used fr team/staff develpment, cntinuing educatin, and wrkfrce utreach, especially when cmbined with and existing prgram ffered by the academic institutin.
