DAVE TAMMINEN YOUR COMFORT CONSULTANT A LITTLE ABOUT DAVE TAMMINEN BACKGROUND Dave has been with Blind & Sons for over 15 years. He has more than 20 years in the field as an installer and service technician and is one of our most experienced consultants. He has held leadership positions in both the plumbing and indoor air quality departments. One of Dave's favorite aspects of the job is meeting new people and helping them with their heating and cooling needs. Dave is Class 2 EPA Certified He is a member of the Plumber's Pipefitters Union Dave has completed certifications in appliance and refrigeration diagnostics and repair, oil heat diagnostics and combustion testing. PERSONAL Dave enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, fishing and good old American muscle cars. He has four children with his lovely wife Tracy, a respiratory therapist. FROM THE MANAGER S DESK "Dave is clearly one of our most experienced consultants. He has worked as a lead installer, service technician, plumbing department manager, and for the past several years a comfort consultant. Dave s customers are very loyal to him and him to them."

Dave Tamminen was professional I greatly appreciated the time Dave spent with me. He was very polite This group of workers were so friendly and helpful. Wish all contractors I deal with were like this crew. Thanks! Dave basically redesigned our ductwork to make the second floor much more comfortable. That was a nice bonus. JIM JONES YOUR COMFORT CONSULTANT A LITTLE ABOUT JIM JONES BACKGROUND Jim has been with Blind & Sons for over 10 years, since 2004. Before joining the team as one of our comfort consultants, Jim ran his own electrical contracting company. He enjoys providing solutions for each of their situations. Jim is thorough not only explaining a customer s options, but also he explains how the installation will be done to set the customer s expectations. Completed the local #306 apprenticeship through the I.B.E.W. and obtained his journeyman card. Completed classes for Leviton network cabling. Electrical license #33759. PERSONAL When not at work, Jim enjoys all kinds of sports, but Basketball is his favorite. FROM THE MANAGER S DESK Jim has been an asset to the Blind & Sons family! He has been an Electrician, managed the Electrical Departments, and worked very close with teammates and clients in this field for many years. You will not find a person with as much hands on Electrical knowledge than Jim.

Jim Jones is a credit to Blind & Sons. They all were very professional. He took time to answer my questions. Very professional. Caring for my home and belongings were fine! He was professional, courteous and friendly. I am having the work scheduled that he quoted. Jim really impressed me with his knowledge and attitude. RICK WITWER YOUR COMFORT CONSULTANT A LITTLE ABOUT RICK WITWER BACKGROUND Rick has grown up with the Blind & Sons family over the past 28 years. He began his work career at Firestone where he worked in development and as a shift supervisor. Six years of management experience at Republic Steel help him when developing trust and finding a common ground with his customers. Rick cares about his customers and has the ability to explain products in a way they understand. He is skilled in and enjoys designing new commercial and residential projects. PERSONAL In his free time, Rick has served as Vice President of NCS of Barberton and the Hoban Booster Club, and has served as the President of his golf league for over 20 years. Rick also volunteered for the Paint Your Heart Out program. Rick is married with a son, a daughter and two grandkids. FROM THE MANAGER S DESK Rick is one of the most knowledgeable consultants. He prides himself on making the projects he designs get installed exactly as promised to his clients. Once a customer buys from Rick, they always want him to be their consultant for every other service they need from Blind & Sons.

Rick Witwer was outstanding. These guys are pros! Done and done right Rick W is good to work with too. Our workers were friendly and careful with our home on such a rainy day. KEVIN BARGER YOUR COMFORT CONSULTANT A LITTLE ABOUT KEVIN BARGER BACKGROUND Kevin is one of our most personable consultants and comes to us with indepth experience in the field. Kevin has worked in the indoor air quality department and the service department before transferring to the comfort consultant department where he currently resides. Kevin s favorite part about his job is interacting with customers. Kevin's customers are always impressed with his work ethic and attention to detail. PERSONAL When he is not at work, he enjoys outdoor sports such as hunting. BILL MARQUARDT YOUR COMFORT CONSULTANT A LITTLE ABOUT BILL MARQUARDT BACKGROUND Bill is one of our most experienced consultants and has been with Blind & Sons for over 32 years. He has done it all in the business including installation and management. He is an excellent listener and a good problem solver. Bill enjoys meeting new people and helping them with their heating and cooling needs. PERSONAL In his spare time, Bill can be found working on his home or in his yard. He enjoys the challenge of diagnosing a customer s plumbing issues and making sure that the problem is solved. PERSONAL In his spare time he likes to fish, deer hunt and spend time with his family. FROM THE MANAGER S DESK Jeremiah is a phenomenal young man. He is very knowledgeable in his field and is detail oriented with every job. He is a blessing to have on the Blind & Sons team.

Jeremiah did a great job today during the camera inspection. Jeremiah was knowledgeable. He explained everything and answered all my questions. On a scale of 1-10 Jeremiah was a 10. He was on time. He cleaned up when he was finished. WHAT JEREMIAH'S CUSTOMERS HAD TO SAY Very professional He was the nicest young man; would have him back out anytime. He went the 'extra step.'
