Foreword The first 3-year cycle of the New Senior Secondary (NSS) curriculum and the first Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education (HKDSE) Examination were completed smoothly last year. Through multiple education and career pathways, the first cohort of NSS graduates has embarked on a new chapter in their learning journey. This year, another 70,000 Secondary 6 students are taking part in the HKDSE Examination and their results will be released on 15 July 2013. The Education Bureau has prepared this pamphlet for this year s graduates and their parents. Alongside the support provided by their schools, students can make use of the 3 valuable tools for 715: e-navigator, map and compass therein to plan their future readily. With the e-navigator providing easy access to programme information, students can walk along the map to plan their pathways for further studies or career development. Most importantly, the compass provides information on relevant support services offered by different parties for those in need. We hope that all graduates benefit from the New Academic Structure and that they will be able to apply their knowledge and fulfill their potentials in different fields as they move towards their aspirations and goals. We wish you all the best in your future endeavours. The "2013 Compass@715" has been uploaded to EDB's website (www.edb.gov.hk/nas/en). 1
