What is SNAAPP? It is a Pupil Attendance Management System developed by a software vendor. (Mggsoftware Pte Ltd) It allows the school to manage pupils attendance electronically, over the network. Parents will receive notifications about child s absence through the system in real time.
What is SNAAPP? The system supports Android and IOS devices. It can also be accessed through a web page in any Windows/Mac PC. Parents will be able to download the app through Google Play and Apple AppStore. Each child will be given two parent accounts with passwords. The system will be implemented in Term 2.
General Issues Absence from school If your child is unwell, keep her/him at home. You may contact the school @ 67836531 or sms @ 81403500 to inform the school of the reason of absence. Please cover your child with a Medical Certificate (MC) from the doctor upon his/her return to school.
General Issues Absence during CA Submit MC from the doctor upon your child s return to school. Without MC - no marks will be awarded. Can take the test within the next 3 days after submission of MC. Absence during SA No make-up for SA paper. Paper will be given out as a practice.
General Issues Punctuality After 7.30am Pupils who are not present for morning assembly will be considered late.
General Issues Leaving school during school hours If your child needs to leave during school hours: a) proceed to General Office to get the Early Dismissal Form b) hand in the completed form to staff at General Office before leaving school with your child c) must be accompanied by parents/authorized adults
