Guidelines for Nursery Admission 2014-2015 INSTRUCTIONS FOR ONLINE REGISTRATION (GENERAL CATEGORY) Commencement of Online Registration Last date of Online Registration 21 st January, 2014 (08:00 a.m. onwards) 05 th February, 2014 (till 2:00 p.m.) Eligible Age 3+ as on 31 st March 2014. Click on Online Registration and complete the form as per directions. When you have filled the form click on Submit to save the page. Take a printout of the confirmation page. You will also receive a Registration Number at successful submission. A Pay order of ` 25/- (as Registration charges non refundable) in favour of Principal, Darbari Lal DAV Model School, Shalimar Bagh, Delhi should be attached with the printout of the Registration form. Also paste recent passport size photographs in the allotted space. No other documents are to be submitted at this stage. Write the name of the child, Father s Name and Registration number allotted to you at the reverse of the Pay Order. Drop the Registration Form in the drop box at Gate No. 1 of the school latest by 5:00 p.m. 05 th February, 2014. Online receipt can be printed after 10 th February, 2014. Draw of lots for 5% seats reserved for girl candidates will held on 28 th February, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. Result Online after 5:00 p.m. on 28 th February, 2014 School Transport is available on existing routes only. Proof of Sibling A copy of the latest Fee slip issued by the school office for the Academic Session 2013-2014. Proof of Alumni School Leaving Certificate / Secondary / Senior Secondary Certificate. Proof of Inter State Proof of Interstate from 01-01-2013 to 05-02-2014 Transfer Proof of staff Latest salary slip / I-Card.
