Dan Woodward is well known for his works which depict scenes from the Civil War. Karen Glines is a well known photographer and author. February 2017 January 31 through February 28 - Fourth Annual "For the Love of Art" Exhibit This exhibit is open to all Arts Rolla members who would like to exhibit art, which supports the theme of this exhibit. February 3 First Friday Opening Reception - 5 pm to 7 pm at The Centre, 1200 Holloway, Rolla, MO February 8, 2017 Citizens for the Arts Day - Jefferson City, Mo Citizens for the Arts Day at the Legislature, hosted by Missouri Citizens for the Arts (MCA), takes place annually at the Missouri State Capitol. Citizens Day is MCA s signature event in our year-round efforts to advocate for continued public funding for Missouri s arts industry. The day includes advocacy training, legislative visits, performances and the Missouri Arts Council s annual Arts Awards ceremony. 29 th Annual Juried Art Show and Annual Meeting Was a Great Success Our 29th Annual Juried Art Show and Annual Meeting was a wonderful event! Thank you to the artists, guests, volunteers, our sponsors, the judge, those who provided food, the board of directors, and The Centre - Rolla's Health & Recreation Complex for making this annual event so special.
