Student Performance National Assessment Program Literacy and Numeracy ( NAPLAN) This nation-wide testing program is conducted in early Term 2. Students from Years 3, 5, 7 and 9 are involved in the program. It is marked externally and every student is assessed in relation to achievement benchmarks. The benchmark is a nationally agreed standard of performance that represents the minimum levels required for students to make adequate progress in their schooling. The following set of graphs show the mean score of the NAPLAN results for Northcliffe DHS from 2008 -. They provide a picture of a trend over time and serve us as a baseline for purposes of comparison in future years, in the school context.
