This course emphasizes listening and speaking skills and is appropriate for students with limited time who want to improve their conversational skills quickly. The instructor will carefully select the vocabulary and grammatical patterns that are more frequently used in everyday conversation. Hence, the focus will be heavily on oral skills rather than reading and writing. This course targets students who have taken the first-year classes. However, students at the intermediate level can also refresh their conversational skills. Prerequisite: Students must know Hiragana, Katakana and simple Kanji. 3. Students Learning Outcome: 1
