Refunds will only be honored if a cancellation request is received in writing by August 3, 2015. Registration fees paid will be refunded, less a $100 processing fee. Cancellations after August 3, 2015, are not eligible for a refund. You cannot reinstate a registration after you cancel. If you cancel and are entitled to a refund, expect the refund within 30 days. All refunds will be issued back to the original payment type. Cash payments will be refunded by check. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to: registration@emlrc.org. ACCME - This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the accreditation requirements & policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education through the joint providership of the Emergency Learning and Resource Center and the Florida College of Emergency Physicians. The Emergency Learning and Resource Center is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education to provide continuing medical education for physicians. EMLRC designates this live activity for a maximum of 29.0 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity. AAPA accepts certificates of participation for educational activities certified for AMA PRA Category 1 Credit from organizations accredited by the ACCME or a recognized state medical society. Physician assistants may receive a maximum of 29.0 hours of Category 1 credit for completing this program. The Emergency Learning and Resource Center (EMLRC) is approved as a provider of nursing education by the Florida Board of Nursing, Provider #2731. Up to 29.0 nursing contact hours will be provided by the EMLRC. Approved by the American College of Emergency Physicians for a maximum of 29.0 hours of ACEP Category I credit.
