Religion African Culture Postgraduate Diploma in Theology (PGDTh.) In addition to O Level requirements, cidates must possess either First degree with at least a Third Class Division in any programme from a recognized University or a recognized affiliated College of Theology/Seminary or an HND passed at a minimum of Lower Credit from a recognized Polytechnic. 1
