Retaier rate for holidays Where a studet returs to his/her coutry, travels withi New Zealad or ay other destiatio durig term breaks, hosts may be asked to retai his/her room ad look after his/her belogigs while the studet is away. Durig this time a retaier paymet will be paid to eable the room to be held for the studet. Studets are required to collect the Holiday Pla Form from oe of the accommodatio staff. The form, oce completed by the studet ad their homestay parets should be retured to the accommodatio staff prior to the holiday commecig. Whe this occurs a retaier rate of $100.00 per week will be charged istead of the ormal weekly cost of homestay. Applies to schools ad colleges registered as Private Traiig Establishmets (PTEs) Erolmet is subject to availability of places withi the School/College. If the School/College reserves a place for a studet ad offers erolmet, the subject to paymet, this Cotract of Erolmet is bidig as a cotract o the School/College ad the studet. This Cotract of Erolmet will icorporate the statutory terms summarized o page 5 (Statutory Terms). This Cotract of Erolmet shall be govered by ad costrued i accordace with the laws of New Zealad. Paymet of Fees All fees must be paid i full prior to course commecemet. Places are ot guarateed util the tuitio fees have bee paid i full. No studet shall cotiue to be erolled uless the appropriate tuitio fees have bee paid.
