In Year 7/8 students have been investigating how to separate mixtures using a range of different instruments in the science lab. In Year 9/10 students have been investigating heat as a source of energy and how it can be transferred between spaces and objects. Students have started their mid-term assessments in week 4 by conducting their own experiments to demonstrate their skills in scientific writing.
