NEWSLETTER 10th August 2017 Siena Catholic Primary School 150 Eleanor Drive, Lucas Vic 3350 PO Box 4213, Alfredton Vic 3350 Phone: 03 5334 3096 Email: admin@slucas.catholic.edu.au Web: www.slucas.catholic.edu.au Dear Parents, Last Thursday we spent time with Andrew Chinn and sang and danced with him and the special choir of helpers he trained for our concert. It was a great celebration to share with one another. At our assembly last Monday we received a $600 voucher from Gold Bus which we will use for a whole school excursion planned for early Term 4. Each term Gold Bus award a prize to one of their regular customers, and it was great that Siena were the lucky recipients of the Term 2 prize. On Tuesday evening this week we held our regular Community Dialogue and heard reports from each of our community groups. These reports included the update on our recent planting from the Environment group, our upcoming social and fund raising events and an update on the progress of our building works. We thank our parents for their ongoing enthusiasm and participation and look forward to the many things planned for the future. Kind regards, Jo Brewer SIENA SCHOOL PRODUCTION - DVD It has been suggested that the school production next month be filmed and copied on to DVD for families who would like to buy a copy.
