It highlights the differences between laws and policies, particularly as they affect operations and includes definitions of transportation and related special education terms, transportation requirements of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA); Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act; the Americans with Disabilities Act Amendments; and the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act.
