Qualification 1. Foreigner applicants posses certificate from high school or any equivalent certificate. The same must be certified by the Ministry of Education or the Royal Thai Embassy in each country of student. 2. Foreigner applicants can pass the interview or Mini-Thai language Test arranged by Department of Thai Language Kasetsart University. 3.
