To work in collaboration with the Head of Admissions and nrolment to plan the delivery of the Postgraduate Admissions and nrolment experience
2. To lead an annual review of service delivery; making recommendations for change and implementing approved changes 3. To lead the day to day supervision of a team of staff in Admissions, providing a high quality, professional and customer centred service for Home/U students seeking admission to the University s postgraduate courses 4. To manage the day to day delivery of the Postgraduate Admissions and nrolment experience, developing a culture of customer service excellence and expert postgraduate knowledge across the team 5. To develop, monitor and manage against agreed customer service standards, for example turnaround times, customer journey, application workflows etc 6. To support the process for developing and agreeing entry criteria, offer making strategies and communication plans 7. To act as the designated University contact with UCAS Teacher Training, ensuring an excellent understanding of the UCAS Teacher Training admissions system and sharing this knowledge amongst the team and School 8. To provide a high level of admissions expertise when dealing with non-standard and complex queries relating to admission and enrolment for Postgraduate courses 9. To ensure the apply, admission and enrolment processes cater for the differing needs of the Postgraduate Taught and Postgraduate Research markets 10. To provide support to Schools, Marketing, Quality and the Admissions and nrolment Co-ordinator to ensure correct course set up and publication of recruiting postgraduate courses 11. To support the broader Recruitment and Admissions team in enhancing their knowledge and understanding of the University s postgraduate provision and processes for admission and enrolment 12. To deputise for the Head of Admissions & nrolment in their absence 13. To keep up to date and proactive on relevant admissions and sector related developments 14. To support and participate in projects and development work across the Service as required, providing professional opinion and advice 15. To participate in key University events including Open Days, Award Ceremonies, nrolment and other Recruitment events 16. To maintain a working knowledge of Home/U Undergraduate and nternational admissions to enable self and team to provide support across the broader Admissions and nrolment team as and when required 17. Any other duties or responsibilities as may reasonably be required by the Director of Recruitment and Admissions Special Conditions The role holder may be required to travel between sites from time to time in a cost effective manner, which may be through the use of a car.
