State yur intent is t always, shw hw the DISC will help their Team members with their cmmunicatins amngst themselves and their internal custmers. -Again Essential t debrief Manager s DISC prir t cnducting any f the 1 n 1 s with the Team Members. (The Manager will feel mre secure knwing what yu are ging t discuss with their emplyees. Best way t tell them is t mdel it debrief the Manager s Reprt Use Caching Agenda. (Often will just tell yu they want a better team. This can get a bit tricky, but, yu d want t knw if smething recently happened that is inspiring this team building t happen nw, rather than later. One way t get at this, is by asking them wh are their stars & why & wh are the nes that need the mst cmmunicatin s develpment & why.
