EXAMINATION GUIDELINES - 2015 1) All pupils are to report to school as per normal on a school day. All pupils will need to attend the school's assembly on the days of the examination. 2) All pupils will be dismissed from school as per normal on the days of the examination. There will be no early dismissal on any of the days. 3) Pupils who are absent on any of the examination days must have a valid medical certificate stating the reason for her absence. Parents are required to call the child's Form Mistress in school to inform her ofthe child's absence on the day ofthe examination (by 7.10 a.m.). 4) Pupils who are unwell (e.g. fever, chicken pox, mumps, hand-foot-mouth disease etc) on any of the examination days will not be allowed to take the examination. Instead, such pupils should go to the doctor to ascertain the status of their health and request for a medical certificate. 5) Medical certificates must be submitted to the Exam Chief through the child's Form Mistress immediately upon the child's return to school. 6) All pupils will only be allowed her stationery items in the examination room/hall. Bags and other items brought to school must be placed outside the examination room. Pens with erasable ink are not allowed to be used during the examination. 7) Please note that if your daughter/ward is ill during the examination and needs to go home immediately after the examination, a doctor's note is needed to ascertain that she is fit enough to take the examination the following day. 8) Disciplinary action will be taken if any pupil is caught compromising the integrity of the examination.
