The program must determine if a pattern of complaint exists that could negatively affect the quality of the educational program (e.g., cleanliness of the classroom). o Developed student complaint form to comply with Objective 1.6 (non-grievance complaints) o Review student complaint form (see attachment) Standard 1, Objective 1.2 Provides equitable learning opportunities for all students. o Explanation: The provision of equitable learning activities promotes a fair and impartial education and reduces institutional and/or program liability. The program must provide equitable learning opportunities for all students regarding learning activities and clinical assignments. For example, if an opportunity exists for students to observe or perform breast imaging, then all students must be provided the same opportunity. If evening and/or weekend rotations are utilized, this opportunity must be equitably provided for all students. o Need to revise RAD4 syllabus (verification of observation form) to include equitable observational opportunities for advance modality observation o Clinical Instructor, P.
