Next, you will have the option to select the North Shore-LIJ Employee Health Plan: You will then have the option to search for a healthcare provider by name, or by category, specialty, and location. It s important when searching for a provider by Specialty type that you enter the provider category and the provider sub-specialty under Select a Specialty. This assures you will find the provider with the clinical expertise you need. Provider Nominations If you would like to nominate an Obstetrics and Gynecology, Pediatrician, Internal Medicine or Family Practice (PCPs) provider for CIIPA participation, please email us the provider s first and last name, group name, office location, primary specialty, phone number, and fax number to CIIPA@nshs.edu.
