We crafted Appreciative and Disruptive questions Tell me about a time when you used a classroom and it worked well for the class. What did the class look like? What about the room was valuable for teaching and learning. Tell me a story about a grant approval process you ve been involved in [that was highly successful]. What did you value about that experience; what made it successful Using these stories, what might that new process look like here?

We heard stories affirming we have many examples of already living an AI culture.

We worked in teams to develop high level plans that will initiate our strategic efforts.

We aligned our strategy design for impact Shining through the Prism of... Mission Goals Strategies AI Culture Leverage Strategy Design
