The candidates are responsible for arranging for all the necessary documentation to be obtained in support of their application. Step 2: Assessment of the Application Form: Our admissions office set policies and procedures for the admissions process of the college. Once we receive the form the admission office assesses the suitability of the candidate for the qualification for which he or she has applied based on the documents submitted to us. We then send a letter of acceptance to indicate the acceptance of the application for the qualification applied with details of the start date, duration and fees. On the basis of the assessment, we may recommend a foundation course or a English course before starting the intended course. We also communicate with the candidate if the application is unsuccessful within two weeks of the date on which the application was received. Step 3: Enrolment The candidate should inform us whether he/she accepts the offer and intends to pursue the course. Overseas students can face a VISA interview with the offer letter or they can enrol for the course by paying full or part of the course fees and get the letter of enrolment before facing the immigration authorities. 42 P a g e
