Goals & aims feedback from the participants 1- are the goals of the workshop answering your expectations? 2- would you have any other expectation/demand for the workshop to express?

Testing the training- swot Positive points Combination between language learning & VET & ICT Two different profiles for the trainers- VET (iriv) and language (FISPE) Trainers with foreign backgrounds more sensitive to the linguistic/professional barriers The Cité des Métiers is a place where all kinds of professional pathways can be though of (5 profiles of councilors according to the 5 topics described supra) with a place dedicated to elearning Negative points Not the same rythm between the two learnings (more time required for language) & elearning at home Maybe too much intensive (6 sessions in 3 weeks) and access required to a computer & Internet High number of participants in the morning/less in the afternoon & slow feedback at a distance The Cité des Métiers is better fit for VET & self learning & elearning than for linguistic training (higher intensity of voice required)
Testing the Vintage- feedback from the participants 1- what are your experience in training for migrant learners? how do you find them? 2 - are you working with other colleagues with different profiles? How would you characterize this experience? 3- what are your suggestions/questions on the testing implemented for the Vintage?
