I look forward to expanding my network, including both social and professional, over the next two years and sustaining genuine relationships with a wide array of people. While workload in the study group may or may not be exactly even during the course of the year, each individual should contribute some added value to the group. In other words, the overall team product should exceed the output of the sum of its parts. I look forward to further implementing and developing my leadership skills. 3 Study Group B4 Charter
See the Vision Our team consists of a melting pot of individuals from all around the globe, which serves as a unique foundation for a group seeking a common set of goals. During the upcoming year, we aim to deliver a strong performance both as individuals and as a cohesive team: We will leverage the diverse collection of minds at hand and, ultimately, facilitate each others individual development through synergy and effective communication. We advocate the promotion of thoughtful feedback and ongoing accountability to create a highly collaborative and unselfish team environment. We will each experience managerial development by means of a periodic rotation of the team leadership role, which offers the invaluable opportunity to take free rein and coordinate the study group sessions as he/she sees fit. We will have fun during the school year and truly appreciate our time spent as MBA students at UNC Kenan- Flagler. At the culmination of five intense months of classes, recruiting and extra- curricular activities, we would be remiss to exclude this commonly overlooked goal. Live the Core Values This school is passionately committed to its core values: excellence, leadership, integrity, community and teamwork. We highlight and extend these core values below as a framework of principles to ensure our mutual success: Efficiency: strive to maximize the value of our time together through preparation and concise, proactive communication Respect: value our varied perspectives and approach differences and disagreements openly, rather than divisively Excellence: pursue mastery of the material and superior quality Trust: maintain a genuine spirit of collaboration and support in pursuit of each others personal, academic, and professional well- being Balance: support each other and remember this experience should be challenging but also enjoyable 4 Study Group B4 Charter
