In May 2007 I participated in the data collection process of the Material Science project at Tate Modern Gallery in London. The emphasis of this project is to explore ways in which to engage the visitors of the gallery in the process of thinking about the properties of materials that the artists use in their work. From January 2007- April 2007 I served as an e-mentor for a virtual science fair organized by Near East South Asia Council of Overseas Schools (NESA). In March 2007 I participated at Café Scientifique in London an event organized by British Council in collaboration with scientists and teachers all over the world. During the event I served as one of the facilitators for a videoconference discussion between two schools in Brazil and one school in London.
