Mission/Vision Mission: We, as a culturally rich and diverse learning community, will work together to provide opportunities for students to become college and career ready by addressing their social, emotional, physical and academic needs in a safe environment. Vision: Mold critical thinkers through in depth examination of real life learning experiences across all disciplines. Facilitate positive relationships with students, staff, parents and community members. Expose students to the current technological advances to enhance their learning and prepare for college and careers of the future. Provide a happy, caring and stimulating environment where children will recognize and achieve their fullest potential so that they can make their best contribution to society. Foster creativity by teaching to the multiple intelligences in all content areas. Teach tolerance and respect for others.
NWEA- MAP test Measures of Academic Progress Common Core Based Web based Generates test questions based on student responses Generates RIT scores (Ready for instruction today) Measures growth over time 3 times a year: Fall Winter, Spring Test sessions generally take 40 minutes for both reading and math Breaks data down into goal areas
